Dublin, Ireland - Wednesday, November 8, 2000: Parthus
Technologies plc announces that it has today made formal listing
applications for the admission of 12,309,141 Ordinary Shares ("Shares") to
the Official List maintained by the UK Listing Authority ("Official List")
and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. The formal applications have
been made in respect of allotments and issuances of Ordinary Shares by the
Company in connection with its follow-on offering and pursuant to
exercises of share options. Dealings in the Shares are expected to
commence on 14 November, 2000.

The Company has also today made a block listing application for the
admission of 25,000,000 Ordinary Shares to the Official List and to
trading on the London Stock Exchange. The application has been made in
respect of future exercises of share options that are currently
outstanding.
