Parthus Technologies plc (LSE: PRH; Nasdaq: PRTH), a leading developer
of semiconductor intellectual property for the mobile Internet market,
will be announcing first quarter results for the period to 31 March 2002
on Wednesday 17th April, not Wednesday 24th April as previously
announced.

The results date has been bought forward to permit discussion of the
quarterly results in conjunction with investor presentations regarding the
proposed merger of Parthus Technologies and the IP licensing division of
DSP Group Inc.
