Brian Long, Chief Executive Officer, commented:

"In the last 3 years we have grown aggressively in terms of revenues
and global operations. The appointments announced today significantly
enhance the management depth at Parthus and position us for continued
strong growth in 2001 and beyond.

The appointment of Kevin Fielding to President reflects his
outstanding contribution to Parthus' development since he joined us in
1998. Kevin has been responsible for the worldwide operations and has
played a key role in the growth and success of Parthus as a public
company.

I am delighted that Eoin Gilley has joined Parthus as Chief
Operating Officer. Eoin brings over 20 years international experience from
senior executive positions in both the US and Europe with companies such
as Apple Computer and Artesyn Technologies.

Peter McManamon will now focus his expertise on corporate
development, which will significantly strengthen our M&A capability -
an area of key strategic importance to our future growth and development.

Finally the appointment of Elaine Coughlan to Chief Financial
Officer reflects her significant contribution to Parthus' development both
before and since we have become a public company."
