This latest RivieraWaves Bluetooth Smart 4.2 IP platform has already been widely licensed and builds on the highly successful previous generations of RivieraWaves Bluetooth Smart 4.1 and 4.0 platforms which have shipped in tens of millions of devices to date from licensees including Atmel, Dialog Semiconductor and NXP. In addition to Bluetooth Smart 4.2, the RivieraWaves Bluetooth Smart Ready 4.2 ("Dual Mode") and Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac connectivity IP platforms, are also broadly licensed and can be seamlessly integrated for customers requiring multiple wireless standards in their product designs.
