Marketing is the face of CEVA! The marketing team is shaping our customer’s views by presenting our unique technologies in the most compelling way.

In this role you will use the latest marcom and analytics tools to actively advance marketing campaigns effectiveness to reach an increasing CEVA audience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Hands-on operation of the marketing technical stack: marketing automation (Marketo), and CRM (Salesforce.com)
  • Manage the lead journey and scoring mechanism across tracking, attribution, automation, and optimization, while improving lead lifecycle
  • Measure marcom KPIs, including dashboarding, reporting and business intelligence
  • Manage multi-touch nurture campaigns to accelerate prospect movement through the funnel
  • Lead day-to-day website operations including web content management, sitemap, navigation, localization, and analytics to improve discoverability (SEO), user experience, and conversion
  • Conduct product launches, press releases, and marketing campaigns
  • Create content frameworks such as monthly newsletter, webinars, and blog posts
  • Work closely with SEO experts to ensure full attribution tracking of all website traffic
  • Develop and maintain social media profiles and quality content (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
  • Manage contractors for graphic design, web site maintenance, SEO, and bloggers
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets

  • B.A degree, Technical related Degree – advantage
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in marcom operations role in B2B high-tech companies – must
  • Significant experience working with marketing automation tools like Marketo – must, Salesforce and Google Analytics
  • Experience with digital marketing tools such as SEO, A/B testing, conversion optimization, localization, and data modeling
  • A confident self-starter, with a proven track record scaling marketing operations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines
  • Extremely organized with strong attention to details
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
