We are looking for a super-talented HR Specialist to join us at CEVA for an interesting and challenging position who report directly to WW VP HR (located in Herzliya).
We are looking for a candidate with high interpersonal skills, a great ability for multitasking, creative, and an independent dynamic person with proven ability to achieve results.

 

As HR Specialist at CEVA you will be in charge of:

  • Responsible for working with employees supporting them with any HR issue in their entire employee lifecycle including: Onboarding of new employees/closure process for leavers, Leave of Absence, update personal changes, etc.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for part of CEVA’s business units: including defining of job requirements with department manager, working with recruiting agencies/LinkedIn/referral program, Sourcing, CV screening, preparation of salary proposals.
  • Generate a variety of reports as requested by HR, Finance, and other business units.

 

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant HR experience in a high-tech environment
  • Bachelor’s degree from a leading university in a related field – a must
  • Hands-on experience in recruiting in a similar environment (Hardware/Software Engineering).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment\
  • Fluent English (written and verbal)
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Creative with flexible thinking
